A collection summing up British musican Mike Oldfield of his long career. This collection contains rare: 12", remixes and Extended versions..."Moonlight Shadow (the Extended Version)" is pure brilliant! :-)
Blackmore's Night - The Village Lanterne:

This album is so enchanting! Blackmore's Night music will lead the listener into a mystical realms with the touch of British tradition folk, Medieavel - Celtic harps, Bodhran, bagpipes and soft rock guitars...so full of magic!
Fave tracks are: "25 Years", "Faerie Queen", "Just Call My Name (I'll Be There), "Street Of Dreams"...This album is a true masterpiece.

Yeah, it's a very sweet and cute family sitcom. I grew up in my pre-teen and teen years with this show, so it's part of my growing up memory. When you find out what the title is called in Italian, can you let me know? I know in Mexico it's called "Tres Por Tres" which literally translates to "Three for Three," and in Spain it's called "Padres Forzosos" (Compulsory Fathers).

I've just made a little research on the internet and I found out the title! It was called "Gli amici di papŕ" that means "Daddy's friends". In the article I found it's written that it was not very popular in Italy (I don't agree), it was broadcast for the first time in 1989 but only the first serie. Then in 1996 it was broadcast DA CAPO (just to use an AoB term! he he he! So it means "again from the beginning). I loved that show and it's so strange to see the twin Olsen so young :-)

Oh, that's cool, Valerio! Thank you for the info! You gave me a really good idea of a thread idea I want to create. I want to gather as many different types of international translations/literal translations of TV shows.
Yeah, it's very interesting seeing the Olsen twins at such young ages. They were really cute and creative children.

Drake: Found it! It was Pete! And yes... now I have seen them.... *giggling*
Poor, poor, sweet Pete! That doesn't seem like the actions of someone who lives the "straight edge" lifestyle... why would you send photo's of yourself like that to someone??

Haha it's quite nice, isn't it?
The story was that he was trying to impress a girl and that he meant to send the pics to her.
I don't know too many girls who are impressed with penises. Sounds kinda gay to me. But hey. lol

My latest dvd purchase - the live dvd from Darren Hayes - the deluxe version, the packaging is really awesome, and I like the show, although many of my favorite songs from This Delicate Thing... isn't on the set list. But I really admire the effort and amount of money he's putting into doing all these things, because I doubt it sells much more then the actual costs of doing it.

I bought Hercules And Love Affair and Martin Solveig's new Album "C'est La Vie" It fucking rocks!!! (in an electro way, lol)
Larzy: I pre-ordered the normal DVD. I'm so broke and I like the normal cover better, haha. I bought everything else he released, so I don't feel guilty. I don't know why he chose a white packaging, it so doesn't fit the whole tour project. By the way I think he actually made some money. The tour tickets were not exactly cheap and there was merchandise. And then he did the Side 2 Tour which costed nothing but was sold out every night, so I think in the end it made up for the bigger tour. About the DVD, I don't know!

I've bought so many Cds lately, someone has to stop me.
The latest one is Alanis' Flavors of Entanglement. Very good. One needs a dictionary when listening to it though.

I purchase DVDs on a regular basis. June was Pride Month, and Amazon had a lot of gay-themed movies on sale. I purchased The Fluffer, Hate Crime, Trick, The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros, Soldier's Girl, Socket, and Gypsy 83. I also bought The Mighty, a sad, touching film with Sharon Stone, Gillian Anderson, and Meat Loaf! My "Dante's Cove: Season 3" was lost in the mail, so Amazon is sending me another copy. Hopefully, I'll get it today or tomorrow.
I don't buy CDs as much, anymore, but I did get a few over the weekend: "It Feels So Good" single by Sonique (it was just $1), '80s Karaoke, Hollywood Goes Wild ($1), and The Very Best of Fleetwood Mac. I also just received Traces of Sadness by Vanilla Ninja in the mail.
