Her new album is out Nov. 15 here in the US. This will be her 10th studio album and supposedly a very good one.

Because of my fervert appetite for new music I've been rocking out to HUNG UP for a few weeks now, and the album is great. Not as pop-dancey as HUNG UP, but there are some great highlights. I LOVE NEW YORK is a killer, though. Can't wait for the official release!

This is Madonna's most awesome album in a LONG time. I'm loving Sorry, Get Together and Let It Will Be - these are my fave so far.

Today I bought the new Madonna CD,
Confessions On A Dance Floor .
Great stuff, reminds me of how satisfied i was with
Ray of Light .

I always dig into the music,,, singles are for mass appeal...
my early favorites are Jump and Push .
But, just put it in the Cd deck and push play,
and hey!@ No tracks to skip over !

I love JUMP. I hope it will be released as a single.

This is both great & annoying to me since I use the shuffle feature virtually all the time. The tracks melt into each other--which I love--but then I eventually remember the tracklisting when I'd rather be surprised at which will come up next.

I think is good/bad - good when you hear the entire cd from start to end, but when it shuffles it's not as good - though I listen to music from iTunes which sends the music to my speakers wireless - and iTunes has some fading so it's not that big of a deal. But the version you can buy online in iTunes music store, has all tracks as "unmixed" - quite cool, I just bought the tracks this way because I was very curious to hear the different intros / outros...

I Love New York is very different - the intro starts of with police sirens and city sounds :)

The best song on a CD is Isaac. It is so beautiful.

Me too. This album did not last long with me. It's a good novelty, but nowhere near as good as Like a Prayer.

I watched the "Sorry" video the other day, and was relieved that the "Pimp My Ride" concept wasn't as ridiculous as I was anticipating. However, I cracked up at the roller skating scenes, especially when she first starts doing her choreography with the background dancers. I don't get the whole leotard/pantyhose thing she has going on, but it seems to be working well for her in the videos.

Mr. Rod: That's strange that you mentioned Madonna looking thin. I was watching the Grammy's with a few friends, and they commented about that, but I didn't really notice any difference in her weight.

Amy: I thought Madonna's appearance on Ellen was hilarious, especially when she and Ellen danced to "Sorry" at the end! I really hope she comes to Michigan this time around (she didn't make a stop here on her Reinvention tour) so I can see the show.

hey guys!

i'm not a big fan of the sorry video! the song better do well radio wise. it seems her videos get played more than anything else out there but i never hear her on the radio. :(

i loved the grammy performance. i thought she looked so good after recently seeing her so frail. :)

i am a lil concerned she will be touring too soon. may start date? she could start in late summer and use the next couple months to push the album(although it's sold more than enough) instead of rehearsing here in la for a tour.

i'm just rambling. seeya guys

I love the Sorry video... I think it's much better than Hung Up. I am of the Xanadu generation, so always take a shine to good old fashion roller skate dancing. It's camp as tits... I love it. I think it'll do alot better in the states than Hung Up too... just a hunch. :-)
