Gigs 2006

I think there was a smilar thread created a while ago, but anyway...

What gigs have you been to/are going to this year?

I decided last year that I was going to as many as poss... Then all of a sudden no one good toured! lol

This year, I mean business! :-D

1. Simple Plan, February
2. Yellowcard, March
3. Feeder, March

I'm determined to make it to ten, not including shite performances I'm "forced" to see at G-A-Y by Thomas, hehe (I'm too drunk to argue usually)

Anyone go to gigs on a regular basis, just for the sake of it, rather than going because you love the act, or do you only pay to see people you know of/like?

Madonna (if tickets aren't daylight robbery, as I saw the last two tours and I saw her at G-A-Y and Live8 last year :)

Charlotte Church (who I already have tickets for).

Not really bothered about anyone else... Unless I get freebies.

Just been to see Kelly Clarkson in Newcastle! Fantastic! I wrote a wee review in another topic.

I'm gonna go and see the Sugababes on the 23rd this month. Should be really good!

And I'm waiting on Anastacia, if she's doing anything this year! She must be awesome, live.

I have plans for this year but don't know any dates yet. But I'll be seeing Liane Foly in Paris in November.

I was on Apoptygma Berzerk-concert last weekend but I was disappointed.

My next concert is already planned: I have tickets for De/Vision (7th April).

Would like to see Madonna, Roxette or X-Perience later this year. But I don't think Roxette (2006: 20th anniversary) + X-Perience (2006: 10th anniversary) are going on tour.

Nothing much so far!

End of March I'm going to see 3 Doors Down and in summer I'll go to the Goteborgskalaset, where a lot of Swedish acts perform annually.

The thing I really hope for is that The Cardigans will come and perform down here!

The only concert I've seen this year is Coldplay. I'm not the biggest fan, but they put on a pretty good show with some great light effects.

I have tickets to see Michael Buble in April, and Faith Hill and Tim McGraw in May.
