did anybody download/buy their greatest hits cd? just wondering what everybody thought of the two new songs "Stand Up For Love" and "Feel The Same Way I Do". and really, who cares about the solo Beyonce song? :P

anyways, i like "Stand Up For Love" but i think it's a little weird releasing a charity single as the lead single to promote a greatest hits cd. love Michelle's part. she sounds so powerful:adore:

and who can not love the Darkchild-produced "Feel The Same Way I Do"? it sounds like it was left off of "Desiny Fulfilled". it's a great song, one of my favourites of theirs.

I like Stand Up For Love... I couldn't sleep last night cause it was stucked on my head! lol I agree it's an horrible lead single ( a bit boring except Michelle's part!).

Check On It is ok... I like the intro & outro (very Jumpin Jumpin-ish).

Feel The Same Way I Do: zzzz zzz zzz I don't like it.

Also, I hate them for not releasing a dvd with ALL their videos!

I was expecting catchy songs and not Destiny Fulfilled left overs!

you may hate them for not releasing all their videos, but you gotta admit that it's a good marketing strategy. :P

and i say just be thankful that you got two new song that we hadn't heard before. coulda been stuck with "Gots My Own" or something...

Yeah... DC has been very depressing lately... Lose My Breath and Girl are the only two songs I liked from Destiny Fulfilled

i never understood the obsession with "Girl". imo it's the worst song off of the album! the Kardinal Beats remix is the only thing that saved that song.

Dr Pepper Junkie/Osiris: "Check On It" is my favorite of the new songs on "#1's"! I love "Stand Up For Love" but I was a little disappointed with "Feel The Same Way I Do." It sounds like a "Destiny Fulfilled" cast-off. There's one thing I'm confused about though. "Check On It" is credited as a Beyonce song...so why does Slim Thug say "D.C. - Destiny's Child" in the beginning of the song? And why didn't Kelly and Michelle get to contribute solo songs? And why was there no mention of La Tavia or LeToya in the liner notes? And why did they include that crap edit of "No, No, No Pt. II"? Other than that, I enjoyed it. :-)

Matthew: I agree with you that "Destiny Fulfilled" was a little disappointing as a whole. However, I think "Soldier" and "Through With Love" were highlights along with the two you mentioned.

The wjole Check On It thing reminds me of Dangerously In Love... and how Beyoncé released it as a solo single when it was on Survivor and the other sang on it...

"Check On It" was supposed to be the lead single from "The Pink Panther" soundtrack, but since they decided not to release a soundtrack it was put on the greatest hits. btw, it's gonna be released as a single soon and Beyonce already shot the video with Hype Williams.
