Coaching or Mentoring?

The terms are often used interchangeably, but mentors usually have direct experience of achievement of the subject; coaching assists the coachee in finding the best route forward. Accordeus provides both, but uses its extensive experience all along the way.

Is it like sports coaching?

Business coaching is similar to the principles of improving a sports player so that they succeed at the highest level by developing all aspects of their game –
